Cliqon is built and makes available the most popular and widespread programming framework in the world. Server side scripts are built primarily with PHP and is compatible with PHP 5.6 up 7.2. Cliqon uses its own Framework which can be described as Object Orientated using a Model View Controller design. Cliqon makes extensive use of Javascript, jQuery and Vue 2 for the Client scripts. All data is queried from and committed to the Server using Ajax plus a REST API. Cross Domain is supported.
Cliqon is well documented and uses popular and intuitive facilities for database management and templating. The developer converts existing HTML templates to work with Cliqon and enters the textual content for these templates using the administration system. Content can be imported and converted from other formats.
